Sciatica pain
8weeks woke up with sciatica pain went to hospital they gave me panadol its been over 10 hours and I still got the pain I cant sit or lay down without goin stiff how can I get rid of the pain or at least sooth my back its in my right lower hip back and goes down my right leg
