What to eat during IVF cycle

Hello all,

This will be my first time with IVF, was wondering what to eat and not eat?

Any help for a first timer, it will be greatly appreciated.

I ate my normal diet (lean meats, fruits, veggies, whole grains) with an occasional cheat day. I didn't drink alcohol and switched to tea (I know a cup of coffee is ok but I am glad I switched because now that I'm pregnant I don't feel addicted to caffeine anymore and i only drink tea a few times a week). I would think as long as you have a balanced diet for the most part you should be fine! Best of luck to you ❤️

Balanced diet is right, don't go nuts. I didn't drink alcohol at all. As soon as you have your transfer, eat as though you are pregnant, because you could be. Good luck with it.
