Getting rid of unpleasant smell

so after my period my vagina gets an unpleasant smell which makes it uncomfortable when trying to get intimate with my boyfriend. I know it has to do with a pH unbalance and I've tried using the summers eve wipes but it doesn't help, does anyone know of anything else I can do? 😪 I just really want to get intimate with my boyfriend on Valentine's Day without having to worry about him smelling it
