Swollen ?

Last night I noticed my legs and ankles were swollen quite a bit 😩 anyone else starting to swell yet ? I'm 22 weeks btw !

I got really swollen feet and ankles but it was due to being on my feet too long in very hot weather! My midwife said if I was getting headaches or blurry vision/diziness and the swelling doesn't go down after putting my feet up for a while then it could be eclampsia. And that is very dangerous! Definitely see a doctor if you are concerned - I think they check your blood pressure to make sure it's normal. Keep your feet elevated and drink water, make sure you get up and walk occasionally too - foot exercises and ice foot baths are good too 😊

Call your doctor you shouldn't be swelling this early yet. This is a sign of preeclampsia. I swelled with my last but not till 34 week or so and was on close watch as my blood pressure was a little high.

I think my calves have generally been more swollen as my civilian boots do not fit anymore but overall nothing to concerning. After a long week in boot (military) my feet start to hurt.
