When I was pregnant with my first I had 2 little skin tags appear at the edge of my areola on one breast, I just pinched them off with my nails

Skin tags are caused by friction. When they get big enough you can literally snip them off with scissors and you won't feel it. However they usually come back. Common places are around the collar, under the arms and inner thighs. Used to work in dermatology.

It can happen I haven't experienced it out I heard arm pits and under the breasts are common places
