LH Strips! (Long post,sorry☹️)

So I took an ovulation test at 1am(I know, random time. But I had stretchy CM so I was curious) and it was as dark as the test line so I'm assuming I was at my peak. I tested at 10am when I woke up and got this

This one was a tad bit lighter than the first @ 1am but still pretty dark. Then this next one was taken @ 4:30pm..

I'm assuming my LH surge is starting to end? If I had sex last night after taking that test would you guys say my chances of pregnancy are pretty high? Or is it better to do the deed a few days before the surge? I've been sick with a cold these past few days so my SO and I haven't done anything until last night :(
