I know in general you shouldn't tell anybody you are pregnant until 12 weeks, but what about family? I don't want to get people excited in case anything might go wrong, but I'm guessing they would understand the risks. Just curious how other people deal with this. I feel like I'm keeping a huge secret from them. :(
