Hello I gave birth on 2/9 and my milk seems to have come in within the last 3 days. They have been engorged and today got much worse. My right one is beginning to feel better and no so Rock hard but my left is barely giving anything out and hurts is red and I'm terrified of its gonna get bigger and more painful. I had only been breast feeding her now I'm only trying to pump. I've been trying compresses, massages, hot shower and very little has come out. Example I just pumped both breasts my right produced almost 1.5 and my left barely half an ounce. Help
