Haven't bled too much at all since a couple days post delivery. Now all of the sudden at 9 days PP I'm getting bad cramps and lower back pain and go to the bathroom and see lots of fresh red blood. I'm not filling up a pad but after having mainly dark discharge for days it worries me. I'm exclusively breastfeeding. Any thoughts?
