Weaning off pumping

I need to stop lactating and have been exclusively pumping since my baby's birth. Any suggestions for how to do it quickly while avoiding engorgement, clogged ducts, etc? I'm taking a sage tincture 3x a day with no luck yet. I'm down to 3 pumps a day. Thanks for any advice!
