Cramping because it's cold
Okay so this could be a long shot but I always find I get random shots of period pains when I step outside when it's freezing cold after being in a warm room. I'm putting it down to the fact that the IUD is copper so maybe it gets cold that's what caused random pain.
Surely I can't be the only woman who gets this?
