Diagnosed with blood clot on lung

Hi I have been diagnosed with a blood clot in my lung. I am 32 weeks pregnant and I have to inject myself to thin my blood for 3 months. What will my bleeding be like once I have given birth. And also do you think they will deliver me early or let me go to 40 weeks.. Any ideas if I am allowed to go back on the pill once baby arrives xx
