I'm so upset...

I thought after a year of trying...FINALLY I'm pregnant. My cycle is/was 18 days late. Now, I'm spotting faint red with pms like cramps. I'm so upset at the moment! Guess I should call and cancel that doctor's appointment for a hcg blood test.
