I dont want another c section doctor says i have no choice

Amanda

I'm 37w+3d and doctor says on March 3( 39 weeks) their taking my peanut by c section since I've had two in the past. At all my appointments doctors have told me everything looks perfect but I hate the idea of having another c section. My first child was a natural beautiful birth, no meds no interventions, no tearing healed great and quick my second birth was an emergency c section with my twins because their cords knotted and I went from 0 cm- 8cm in 45 minutes. My healing time was a joke since I couldnt walk, hold my self up anything. I was 100% worthless for 6 weeks, I couldn't even leave my bed to be a good mother to my new borns so I developed severe PPD, with my last pregnancy of my princess I had a c section at 39 weeks because of a severe kidney infection paired with food poisoning causing severe dehydration, basically same thing with the healing except I popped open my incision and required a repair ( my stomach tore with sitting on the couch folding laundry)

The hospital I am going to now is amazing but since it's such a large facility you don't see one doctor for the pregnancy you see all 8 of them. One doctor is completely pro vbac while the rest are either telling me no no no or very reluctant. I asked is there any way to induce? Was told no not for me. Tried to explain I live an hour and forty five minutes ( without traffic) away so wouldn't it be safer?still told no. I feel so frustrated! What if I go into labor at home and go quick like with my twins? Birthing in my car seems much more dangerous than having a planned birth with medical professionals at an arms reach. I don't understand their thinking and logic here. Anyone else in the same boat?
