My daughter is one month today and could only latch to my right side. So I decided to pump since I would be going back to work. I pumped every 4 hours and would get 2-3oz.

I went to the doctors and found out I had mastitis. Took antibiotics for 7 days. The pain went away but the redness and circle never went away. I went back to the doctors just to find the mastitis never went away. The doctor said to pump every 2 hours and gave me more antibiotics. I have been pumping every 2 hours like clockwork.

I am now getting between an 1/2oz - 1oz. What can I do to increase my milk supply? I have been reading all this stuff online but I want to get stuff that actually works. Not stuff someone is getting paid to sell.
