👊🏼 Bleeding

Okay gals... So I'm new to trying new things with my guy and recently we tried fisting... (I know crazy!) anyway I'm not due for another two weeks for my period yet I was bleeding after he did it... We used a ton of lube to avoid this but I'm just curious if anyone else has had this issue. Help is appreciated!
