VBA2C ? Please I would love to hear what you have to say

First one water broke 12 hours later I was at a 3 and my doctor said time to go uneducated I trusted him and went 

Second wanted to VBAC water broke again 7 hours later contractions started but we're not consistent or making change. 18 hour total no progress and he wouldn't allow me any help no foley no pit said we needed to go. I had 0 signs of infection but off we went. 

Now here I am pregnant 21 weeks w this baby and I want to try again I found a doctor who is supportive but there are some things that I worry about i.e. Nurses at the hospital applying pressure to do a c section, not being at the normal hospital he does deliveries at, being seen as a VBAC mom instead of a mom coming in for a vaginal delivery etc. I have a midwife that will take me gladly and after looking over all of my records feels very confident in taking me and me achieving this goal. She only delivers at a birth center tho. I love the thought of it but get scared. I posted on a FB page a week or so ago and got reamed for even considering a birth center birth. I am not looking for that bit would love any experiences or personal opinions of those who have maybe been in my situation. What would you do and why?
