IUD switch

so today I got mirena removed and Skyla put in

possible stupid question but I knows sperm can live inside the Vagina up to a week after sex.

obviously my boyfriend and I had sex last night and I went to the bathroom after and this morning I was running late to the doctors and didn't get to shower so question would be since I got the mirena out and a new one in could I possibly get pregnant?

doctor told me to wait 3-5 days before sex to have my body adjust to the Skyla
