Knowledgable Ramzi guesses??

First photo is from first transvaginal ultrasound a couple weeks ago. Bottom two are from abdominal at 9 weeks. Wish she had captured a better image - we did get to see baby's tiny arms and legs up on the screen and then she prints me out this blob lol!! Tried researching Ramzi but I'm clueless!!
