7 and a half weeks
So I'm 7 and a half weeks pregnant and have had horrible heart burn and have been feeling sick to my stomach and I want to eat all the time, I've felt like this for the last 2 weeks and all of a sudden it stopped this morning I'm kinda worried I go to the Dr tomorrow but this is my first pregnancy and just want everything to work out all advice is appreciated
