(Pics of fluids) period spotting or implantation bleeding?

I miscarried in January and have not had any spotting or anything until today. Had very light brown at first morning wipe and now at night I juat got this. First pic is first wipe and second was last wipe. When on my period its much darker and I have clots but no clots right now. Is this period or implantation bleeding and could be pregnant again?
