Is this normal?

I donated blood about a week ago and the mark went away but when I was getting into the shower tonight I noticed a bruise coming up. I just thought it was weird because the mark had healed. Is this normal?

Yes bruising can last for a couple weeks it just depends how sensitive you are. If it becomes raised and sore then you may want to seek medical advice as it could be infected. It looks fine to me.

When I give blood I usually get a bruise too. I am pretty sure it is normal
