Did they not give you info about the shot before u got it? Depo causes u to stop having periods. If I were u I would try another form of birth control, depo is horrible and does horrible things to your body. Took a while for me to get pregnant after coming off of it

The nuva ring is one option. Just research diff options. Depo is really not healthy. Look up people's experiences with it, if you type it in the search bar on this app you'll see soooo many women unhappy with the negative effects of depo

She did but she told me I would most likely have my first one but after that I probably wouldn't have any. I was on the pill but it canceled my other medication out so I had to stop taking the pill. What other BC method would you recommend? I'm only 18
