What does this mean?

Hey guys, I'm supposed to in my fertile week..had Intercourse last night with hubby and have been observing cm for the past few days. This morning I had some bleeding. . Would this be my af or implantation? Does implantation happen this soon? I thought it took like 3 days. Idk...maybe af decided to come early :( I get surgery on March 3 for endometriosis and to get my tubes flushed so maybe we will conceive soon... send some of that baby dust my way pleeease!!!
