Does implantation cramps and period cramps feel the same??

Pregnancy symptoms are identical to pms symptoms, thus making it impossible to tell apart.
Crams, sore boobs, nausea, constipation, fatigue, iritability, back pain...all these are symptoms for both pms and pregnancy.

I spotted brown discharge like yesterday was very light cramps nothing like my period cramps...hoping it's my time!!!!
