Starting IVF Injections

Hi, I am starting my IVF injections for the first time tomorrow. I am doing menopur and follistem pen. Any recommendations for administering? Anybody have any luck conceiving there first IVF cycle with PCOS? We are not doing the chromosomal screening. Thanks all :)
