Cramping after intercourse?

Anyone else have any cramping that lasts all day? Today is my first experience with this, and has me stressed and worried to where I'm making myself sick. It woke me up from my sleep and hasn't stopped since... Called my dr and said as long as no spotting not to worry. But I'm still worried! Had intercourse last night and now questioning if it's worth the scares/pain. Please tell me I'm not the only one?!?!

My doctor says that hubbys semen can actually cause cramping after sex!

Cramping after sex is normal, you can cut back if it's really bad but if you're not spotting you shouldn't be worrying much about a miscarriage. Cramps are normal, especially in the first trimester, heavy spotting isn't.

I have cramping a little after sex so sometimes I avoid it but I end up having it every two days. When I was 5-7 weeks I would even spot brown after but I went to the hospital & everything was fine. They said during sex the cervix(when pregnant) is extra sensitive & has more blood & vessels burst easier & that's why I was spotting. But I was terrified & now my body has gotten use to sex at 11 weeks & there's no spotting & minor cramping.
