So I got my Mirena put in like mid September. I have extremely heavy periods and I'm anemic. The reason I decided to go with Mirena was because there's a chance I'll stop getting my period. I've been getting my periods now like twice to three times a month or will just be on it for the entire month. My periods are still heavy. I'm always tired. Should I be concerned? I don't like my OBGYN she didn't make me feel comfortable. That's why I've been hesitant to make an appointment. I've called her office twice for medical advice and no one ever called me back.
