Tylenol extra strength pm vs. Unisom sleep mini's?

My doctor suggested Tylenol sleep and I got Tylenol extra strength pm by mistake. I also have unison sleep minis but both are diphenhydramine HCI 25mg. So same ingredients. Help please?!?!

For some reason I find I sleep better w the Tylenol- must be easing my little aches and pain and adding to the good sleep!
