Has anyone else had their wisdom tooth shaped like this? Small, hooked & spiraled roots. It took the dentist 10 min trying to take this bad boy out. Any healing tips?

I had a molar removed that was blocking my wisdom tooth from coming in. The roots on that tooth were extremely hooked and then under the gum line the wisdom tooth was resting on the roots which made a routine extraction take 4 hours. Pain killers and and warm rinse was what worked best

Mine was like that! They did both from the left side, and I was scheduled to take out the ones from the right side the next week.   5 years later and I still haven't called to reschedule my "missed" appointment.
