Late period. Please read!

I've got the implant which I've had for about 4 months? The last time I got my period was New Years and I had been getting them regularly before that as well. I know that the implant can make your period irregular but I'm lowkey freaking out. I'm 18 days late for my period 😅

Does anyone know if there's anything you can do (like drinking, smoking, certain foods, etc.) that can make the implant less effective? If this lasts much longer I'll talk to my mum about it but I'm really not keen to haha
