Do any of you offer child care out of your home?

I'm looking at ways that I can be a stay at home mom and still make enough money to pay my bills, earn my own money.

I'm considering child care out of my home but haven't had any real experience with kids since my babysitting days lol. I have a 5 month old son but other than that it will be all new to me. I'm interested in what your schedules are like and how you operate. Do you offer snacks or should they be provided by the parents (due to allergies/ preferences)? What hours do you keep? What do you charge, etc. Any ideas will be appreciated!
