What man doesn't want his baby breastfed? That's bizarre to me. Definitely do WHAT YOU WANT. It's your body, not his. Not his choice or his place to even have an opinion. Sorry, this kind of thing makes me nuts. Men aren't in charge of us or our bodies! No matter how important they are in our lives!

From everything I've heard, breastfeeding success requires a lot of support from others as well, so even if your SO isn't supporting you, try to find someone who can, be it a friend or an internet support group :) good luck!! I really hope it works out for you!!!

Probably because he doesn't want to have to worry about "sharing" her boobs. Selfish. My man loves that I breast feed and often jokes about it saying "look at all that milk" or making a psss sound when I pump and it makes that noise
