Got really into karate/self defense to get over an ex. Stopped over a year ago, but I should really get back into it.

I was doing Japanese Iaido and Jujutsu... Obviously I can't do Jujutsu or any kind of aggressive kendo... But was wondering if you guys thought it would be okay to continue with Iaido so long it was just wazas and stances... Only thing I worry about is that it's  strenuous on the abdomen and pelvis.

Any black (or colored) belts out there? 👊🏻
