What to expect with a twin pregnancy?!

I'm 8w5d with fraternal twin surro babies and I've only had singletons before. Can anyone give me an idea of what differences to expect for the pregnancy and birth? All my deliveries have been vaginal so I'm hoping to deliver vaginally even though it's twins.

If one is head down and one is breech they might do vaginal. Sometimes they have to a c section as well. But my twins Re my only pregnancy so I'm not sure. But I'm pretty sure its gotta be more strenuous

Vaginally birth depends on the doc, my OB will only do vaginal if both babies are head down, even then I'll deliver in an OR in case an emergency section is needed, expect lots of US and more frequent visits, closer monitoring, you may even be put off work earlier
