120/80 is "normal", but nobody is going to get excited about 130/90. It's very common for people's blood pressure to go up and down a little bit through the day, especially if you're going into a doctors office, if you're running late or stressed or anything or just got up from sitting. This isn't something to worry about. They might just check again later, if that.

I'm supposed to call if mine is 140/90 or if the bottom number stays around 95 or lower. I had severe preeclampsia with my last pregnancy though. Mine has spiked to 130:90 or 130/95 a few times - but will come back down if I rest and drink water.

No.  You wouldn't be considered hypertensive. But it's worth watching.

It depends. My natural BP baseline is very low. I delivered my first in mid 140's over 90's with confirmed preeclampsia, vision blackout, and very sick. For most women that BP isn't that bad. Everyone is different
