How do I tell my mom I'm active???

I have been dating my boyfriend for a while now and we have recently become sexually active and I feel that I should tell my mom. I am not on the pill but we do use condoms. I really just want her to know so that maybe she will get me on the pill so that I can be as protected as possibles I'm 16.

Go somewhere you're comfortable and tell her. Don't stress about it. I told my mom in the car. Its where I'm most comfortable and we had a talk about it. She was sad But I understood where she was coming from. It made us closer and she got me on birth control. Just bring it up.
