No, usually sometimes couples get heated or upset and consider breaking up and not meaning it. I do not believe that a breakup for 2hrs is a breakup. Honestly, one week breakups does not seem like breakups to also. They may just be considered "breaks" because you and your so needed a temporary time apart to realize you should get back together.
