Preemie twins

Hi! Currently 27+3 with mo/di identical girls. My cervix has been shortening a lot lately, right now it's at 1.4. Dr put me on hospital bed rest to be monitored for 48 hours, and if everything looks good after that I'll be sent home but if not staying here til they are ready to be born!! I've been having small contractions every 3 minutes (i wasn't aware of them until they hooked me up to the monitor) so they gave me the meds to stop those and the shots for babies lungs. Looking to here stories about preemie babies around 27-28 weeks!!
