PGP pelvic gridle pain
Anyone experience this ? I found it makes it harder to work as i have to stand 6 hours per shift. Going upstairs is just something impossible and the pain you feel for doing a casual job like walking or moving position just a total PAIN! Im on 24th week now with my twin girls im so excited but having this pain isnt fun at all.. How about you all twins mommas?
