Stomach bug ?

Question

I took my son to the doctors two days ago and i think i caught a bug 
I woke up with my throat extremely itchy , my body hurts and i cant even keep water down . this absolutely sucks im almost 28 weeks 
Should i go see a doctor and be told theres nothing they can do or just suck it up and wait til tomorrow

As long as you don't have a high fever your probably ok. I went to the dr with congestion sore throat, cough and she basically told me to wait it out. :( I just want a little relief!

At the beginning of the month I had a really bad stomach bug. I called my OB and they basically said take small sips of water and drink gataorde. Try crackers and broth. Basically said only call back if: a fever of 101 or higher, become dizzy or if my urine becomes very dark or I don't urinate in 8hrs.
