OPK question!

I've heard that it's best to take opks at 2:00pm. I've also heard that it's best to hold your urine and limit fluids for two hours prior. My question is this: How many of you actually do that? I'm getting kind of tired of not drinking or peeing every day from 12:00 to 2:00. I'll continue if I need to, but I just wanted to see if it was really necessary.
