Big belly

Hi Everyone!

I'm 7 weeks according to the date of my last period first day. My stomach is so big already! I didn't have a flat stomach before but it was like this. It's gone from looking like little belly fat to its obvious I'm pregnant. It's that normal or could I be further gone than I realise?
