Working and pregnant?!

Question

I'm self employed and 23 weeks pregnant! So tired, and having a hard time working a full 8 hour day. And because I'm self employed if I don't work I don't make money! Having a hard time stay self motivated. Anyone else going through the same thing and if so what are you doing to stay on top of it!

I'm also self-employed and struggling to stay motivated. However, I keep reminding my self that I need and deserve maternity leave and that isn't going to happen if I don't suck it up for now. That being said, I'm working 4 days a week now and I seem to get more done in the 4 days than I was getting done in 5 days. So that is helping a lot.

I am in the same boat but work with my brother and he is picking up a bit more of my work load which I am so grateful for.  We also share an amazing assistant that has kept me on track.

It is hard being a soon to be mommy and run your own business... biggest thing o hate is no maternity leave for me while all my other friends get one year :(  it's a good thing I love what I do.

I'm not self employed but I work at the airport and I'm one of the supervisors and I find it extremely hard to work when they schedule me to work alone during the day, and when I work the 1am shifts. I don't get a first break or a last and I am standing the whole time as well having to close up my shop to use the restroom while I get  all these customers rushing in and bugging me when I'm going to open again. Doing the 1am shift is even harder since I don't speak spanish and that shift stays open for our international flights to Guadalajara and because I look Hispanic  (I'm German and black) they try and speak to me in Spanish, but when I kindly tell them I don't speak spanish they get so mad and tell me that I need to learn and adjust for them (mind you that they said this in broken english) but trying to close during that time to pee is even harder and like I said I only get 1 break and that will be for my lunch and that shift is either 330pm to 1am, 430 to 1am, or 530 to 1am and I'm still trying to find a way to make things easier on myself
