To an extent. I'm great at giving advice, I've experienced alot; but when it comes to me I don't take care of myself. Say a friend has a crappy boyfriend; I can tell her all day how worth it she is but I don't believe I deserve a fairytale.

I really try my best to.  I struggle sometimes when it comes to putting strategies to deal with anxiety into practice.  I know a great deal about it, I often teach others about it, but there are still times when it is difficult to control my own.
