Im sure this has been asked before but when is the best time to bd? Before, during, or after u get ur lh surge? Just wondering if u r trying to plan ur bd just right for O when is the best? My husband has to travel for work so we dnt get to bd ALL the time and i want to make sure we are bding on the right days. Ive tried just by bding in my fertile window but that hasnt seemed to work very well for us
