Yeast Infections?!?

Am I the only one who gets yeast infections often?? It's usually fairly soon after my period. They're so itchy and uncomfortable! Please tell me I'm not alone. 🙄

Wear the little panty liners that you can take off frequently throughout the day! That way your vagina moisture doesn't sit in your underwear all day long. Eat lots of yogurt! It's good for everything down there really. And start taking rePHresh pills!!! Hope it works girl because they suck

Try Pro B pills. U take 1 per day & u won't get them. These pills are a little pricey. Around $25-$30 depending on where u purchase them. All the drugstores have them. I was getting repeat yeast infections and once I started taking these pills I had none. I hope this helps !

Yeah I get them sometimes, I use the cream and it goes away. And avoid using soap in that area
