Weight Loss HELP

So I've had this problem where I've been slowly gaining weight since freshman year of high school and it keeps continuing. I am a freshman in college now and it is so dang hard to keep weight off with the horrible food on and off campus. I have no problem with self control and portioning but nothing is healthy. I really need help. I am 5'9 and I weigh 195. I want to be 155-160.  I just don't feel beautiful anymore and I want to know some good ways to loose the pounds (specifically belly fat) in college. Anyone have some really good tips?
