Symptoms disappearing?

Hi girls. 
I will be 9 weeks tomorrow and today I've felt really good not nauseous at all. Just fatigued, sore chest and a slight headache. 
Anyone else feel like their symptoms got better around this week? Did they come back later on? Just curious  thank you 😊

Mine went away at 8 weeks and because of a previous miscarriage I was paranoid and we monitored my hcg levels but everything went up so that's just when nausea and tender boobs went away for me. Every pregnancy is different and symptoms can come and go at any time. At 10 weeks I started getting back pain but never anymore nausea
