Do u like the Depo shot?

I'm about to switch from the patch to the Depo shot. How does anyone like it whose on it?

I loved being on the depo shot! I was on it for 5+ years. Low maintenance & never had a pregnancy scare. It's not for everyone, just like any birth control, but you can always switch if you don't like it. Good luck!

I had the Depo shot and I was constantly bleeding. No doctor told me that was a side effect just because it's rare for women to react that way. I would not recommend it.

I'm on the patch and love it. Tried the shot just to see if I would like it and I spotted alot, ended up not liking it, stayed with the patch.

I absolutely hated it. Every birth control is different for every person.  But I used it twice. The first time I had minimal symptoms but it took two years after I stopped to get pregnant. This last time I was on it, I had way longer periods and cramps and I've been off of it for a year and am still not ovulating apparently.
